If you're using the free version, click "Upgrade" next to your Avatar. Or if you're a Pro user upgrading to Advanced, click your Avatar, choose Account Settings, then click "Upgrade" under the current plan section.
A modal will appear offering Pro and Advanced plans. Remember both plans offer a free one-month trial period.
