Users can have multiple Bio Link accounts with different email IDs. If you upgrade one of your Bio Link accounts to the pro or advanced plan, then you can manage multiple Bio Link pages using the same email address.
How to merge different Bio Link accounts?
To manage multiple Bio Link Admins, it is recommended to contact our support team([email protected]).
Once you reach out to the support team, inform them which Bio Link account should be set as your primary account.
The support team will merge all your other Bio Link accounts with the email address associated with your upgraded account.
After the merging process, you will be able to access all your links using this single account.
What if I am a Pro user?
In case you are already a Pro user, then you can create and manage multiple Bio Link pages. Follow the steps below.
Click on the profile icon at the top right corner.
From the drop-down click on the “Add new page” option.
Now you can set up your new page by entering the username and clicking on the “claim your link” button.
