You can cancel your subscription directly from your Biolink dashboard by following these steps:
Log in to your account.
Go to the Account Settings or Subscription section.
Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen prompts.
Cancelling your subscription from the dashboard will prevent future charges, but it does not automatically process a refund. If you require a refund, follow the steps below.

The email address associated with your Biolink account.
The reason for cancellation and refund request (optional but helps us improve).
Any other relevant details regarding your request.
Our team will review your request and confirm the status of your refund.
3. Timeframe for Refund Processing
Once your cancellation is processed and a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund within five (5) working days. However, the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may depend on:
Your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Your bank’s or payment processor’s policies.
